1. Do I own the inventions and designs generated during my consulting session?

Yes! Your payment constitutes fair compensation on a Work For Hire basis. SOLID Development Corp assigns all Intellectual Property (IP) for your project to you and releases all claims to ownership of IP specific to your project. SOLID Development Corp does not guarantee that the designs are patentable. SOLID Development Corp does not guarantee that the designs created for you on a project do not infringe on existing IP. Legal opinions regarding infringement must be sought from a registered patent attorney.

2. Is my project kept confidential and for how long?

Yes! The details of your project will be kept confidential for a period of 3 years. In addition, any documentation generated for your project will be retained for a period of 1 years and then destroyed unless you give special instructions.

3.What are my payment options?

We accept credit card payments or company check. Credit terms available to qualified customers.

4. Who are Dream To Product engineers?

We are degreed Mechanical Engineers, Industrial Designers and Market Researchers each with product design experience ranging from 10 years to 30 years. We have designed both mechanical and electromechanical parts and assemblies for new products in the following industries: housewares, medical equipment, consumer power tool, bicycles, coffee, switches, ink stamping and more. The skill to design these parts crosses over to almost every other industry.
